Data Domain products are sold in Poland by Channel Partners. The Channel Partners act as the importer of the equipment into Poland. Thus the Channel Partners have the legal responsibility to:

  • Register as the WEEE producer in Poland.
  • Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Data Domain products that the dealer sells in Poland.
