Data Domain products are sold in Latvia by Channel Partners. The Channel Partners act as the importer of the equipment into Latvia. Thus the Channel Partners have the legal responsibility to:

  • Register as the WEEE producer in Latvia.
  • Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Data Domain products that the dealer sells in Latvia.
