Press ReleaseData Domain Announces Pricing of Initial Public OfferingSANTA CLARA, Calif. — June 27, 2007 — Data Domain, today announced that its initial public offering of 7,390,000 shares of common stock has been priced at $15.00 per share. Shares of Data Domain’s common stock will begin trading on June 27, 2007 on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol DDUP. Of the shares being offered, 7,000,000 are being offered by Data Domain, and 390,000 are being offered by a selling stockholder. Data Domain will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares being sold by the selling stockholder. Net proceeds to the company are expected to be approximately $94.2 million. The company has granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,108,500 shares from Data Domain at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount. Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley acted as joint bookrunning managers and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC and Pacific Crest Securities acted as co-managers for the offering.
